Imagine a world where anything is possible.
Our Petite Performers program is designed to do just that! With a wide range of thematic classes, we encourage children (6 months - 2.5 years: Petite & Parent Classes & 2.5 - 5.5 years for Petite Performers classes) to explore the limitlessness of their imagination through costumes, props, music and movement. From ballet, acrobatics, jazz and hip-hop, there is a class for every little dancer to enjoy.
We implement a small student to teacher ratio to ensure all children have the opportunity to shine and build their confidence through both individual and group work.
PETITE BALLET
Let your little ballerina shine in our most popular program! Your child will develop skills of coordination, social interaction, musical appreciation, movement, fitness and a sense of self through creativity and imagination.Every month, we create new themes, stretches and routines structured around a feature topic. This provides a high level of dance education that is engaging for all of our students. It is well known that participating in ballet has many benefits including the development of self-confidence, increased flexibility, better posture, strengthening of muscles and increased co-ordination.
PETITE POP
If you’ve got a little groover in your family, then bring them along to our funkiest program! Petite Pop is an introduction to hip hop with upbeat music, high energy dance movements and plenty of groovin’. Your child will be encouraged to develop their sense of movement and rhythm alongside their friends in a fun, social environment. In Petite Pop, a range of skills are developed from basic grooves to more technical moves.
PETITE JAZZ
This program is perfect for the little performer at heart. Jazz offers a technical base for every dancer that aids flexibility, posture and strength. This carefully curated class is designed to help young dancers learn about rhythm and coordination, while also developing their gross motor skills, social skills and more. We invite your child to explore the upbeat world of jazz!
PETITE ACRO
Let your little one leap into this fantastic program. Acrobatics is similar to gymnastics, but is able to be performed and practiced on less equipment. Your child will learn tumbles, cartwheels, strength, mini balance beams, mats and so much more in this high energy class.
PETITE + PARENT
Petite + Parent is the PERFECT way to connect & bond with your little one while supporting their growth and development. Our class is created by Early Childhood Educators to ensure that it is developmentally appropriate, fun & engaging. Think sensory activities, music, dance & movement….. all mixed into one! Petite + Parent (or caregiver) is perfect for little ones aged 6 months to 2.5 years. Classes are split by age, so be sure to check that out.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE & FEES
Course Duration: Per Term
Although yearly enrolment is encouraged for the best experience, each term is broken up into 10 exciting weeks encouraging your child to construct their own magical world of make-believe with our engaging dane programs.
Mini-Showcase
Witness the enchantment for yourself at our quarterly ‘parent viewing and participation week’. Opportunities include Parent Participation Week in Term 1 and 3 and the opportunity to participate in our Showcase and/or Concert in Term 2 and Term 4.
Fee Structure
$130 per term (30-minute lesson)
$160 per term (45-minute lesson)
plus a one off $35.00 enrolment fee.
